Elm Lane Music School Policy

  Welcome to Elm Lane Music School.  We are please that you have
  selected our school to further your music education.
  Please read this policy carefully.

  Annual registration fee is due before lessons begin and
  is non-refundable. Make payable to Covenant Baptist Church.

  Practice:  The Student is expected to practice the assigned material.
          
  Payment:  Due in advance the first of each month.  You will pay your teacher directly.
                      Please make payment on time. Lessons cannot be given without payment .

  Make up lessons:  If your teacher misses a lesson they will make it up if their schedule                                        permits or a credit will be issued. 
                      Once enrolled, students are expected to attend all lessons.
                                           We have a no make-up policy.

  Cancellation notice:  TWO week notice in writing is required prior to                                                                       discontinuing  lessons.

  Inclement Weather: Please check with your teacher if Mecklenburg School is closed.                                             Our web site will also keep you informed.
